Insulation for Manufacturing, Warehouses & Industrial Facilities
AIC is built around difficult commercial and industrial environments, especially retrofit work in buildings that stay occupied or operating.
Facilities
Where we work
Manufacturing plants
Production lines, equipment and safety rules that stay in place during the work.
Warehouses, distribution & 3PL
Large metal buildings with racking, inventory and constant traffic.
Recycling & material recovery
Facilities where wash-down, dust and moisture are part of daily operation.
Food & beverage processing
Plants where condensation and drips over product are a real problem.
Cold storage & temperature-controlled
Buildings where vapor control and continuous coverage matter.
Aircraft, vehicle & equipment facilities
Hangars, shops and service buildings.
Agricultural & processing
Buildings where moisture and temperature affect what’s inside.
Facilities being re-roofed or restored
Buildings where the roof work exposes the insulation below.
Condensation-sensitive buildings
When moisture is the real problem
In buildings with wash-down, cold rooms or temperature-sensitive product, dripping condensation can become a product or safety problem.
These buildings usually call for a higher-spec approach: vapor control, liner systems and continuous facings selected for the conditions. AIC evaluates the building first and recommends a fit-for-purpose solution.
Questions
Industry questions
Can you work in an active manufacturing plant or warehouse?
Yes. AIC is focused on commercial and industrial work, including facilities where production, storage or normal business activity continues around the project. The work plan is coordinated with the facility and other project partners.
Do you only work in Jacksonville or Northeast Florida?
No. AIC is based in Jacksonville, Florida and can travel for suitable commercial and industrial projects. Project size, location, schedule and scope determine whether travel is practical.
Is your facility on this list?
Tell us about the building and the problem. We’ll tell you the right next step.
