Commercial spray foam

Commercial Spray Foam Insulation

Spray polyurethane foam can solve commercial insulation and air-sealing conditions that conventional insulation does not address efficiently.

Where it fits

The right tool for the right assembly

AIC can evaluate spray-foam applications for roof decks, wall assemblies, transitions, irregular areas and retrofit conditions where a continuous insulation layer or an air-control strategy is appropriate.

Spray foam is not the automatic answer. Material selection depends on the building, the assembly, code requirements, moisture conditions, fire-protection requirements and your project goals.

  • Roof decks
  • Wall assemblies
  • Difficult transitions and irregular areas
  • Air-sealing conditions
  • Selected retrofit scopes

Questions

Spray foam questions

What insulation materials do you install?

AIC works with commercial insulation systems that can include faced and unfaced fiberglass, batt insulation, spray polyurethane foam, sprayed-fiber ceiling systems and project-specific mechanical insulation. The right material is selected based on the assembly and project requirements.

Can you work in an active manufacturing plant or warehouse?

Yes. AIC is focused on commercial and industrial work, including facilities where production, storage or normal business activity continues around the project. The work plan is coordinated with the facility and other project partners.

Wondering whether spray foam fits your building?

Send the assembly, the problem and any plans. We’ll talk through the options.
